With every piece of Three Arrows jewelry purchased, Invite Design makes a $5 donation to the Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network (DSDN) - an organization that connects, supports, and provides accurate information for families with a Down syndrome diagnosis. Representing pride and solidarity, three upward arrows are a special symbol for “The Lucky Few,” as parents of children with Down syndrome call themselves. The three arrows are symbolic of the three 21st chromosomes that result in Down syndrome and also represent how the parents of these special children rise up and move forward. In this design, three tones of hardwood - walnut, cherry, and maple - give additional symbolism and interest to the piece. As always, our wood and silver earrings can be dressed up or down, making them the perfect complement to any outfit! These earrings are strong but so lightweight and comfortable, you will hardly know you have them on!
Pair with the matching three arrows necklace for a coordinated look and double the donation to DSDN!
All pieces are expertly handcrafted with keen attention to quality, comfort, and detail. You will notice these details the moment they arrive, beautifully packaged in a velvet pouch for easy gifting. All metal is sterling silver, making the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin. They also include clear, rubber backings to keep them securely on your ears.
Each piece of wood is unique, therefore, each piece of jewelry is unique. While the wood is finished for durability, it is not recommended to shower or swim in it. Silver is a precious metal and may tarnish over time. It can be easily shined to look like new with a jewelry polishing cloth.
